We had a problem with our tankless water heater. It was making a terrible noise and we were afraid it might be dangerous. Jacob came out to our home and quickly diagnosed the problem as an air distribution problem. He recommended a new fan for the air intake and that solved the problem. He was knowledgeable and professional and without his advice we might have thought we needed a new water heater. He saved us a great deal on money. Pipecraft Plumbing did an excellent job clearing a blockage in the drain of my master bath. We had another prominent Denver plumbing company come out to asses our clog and then we were told that we would either need to remove the tub or cut through bedroom drywall to access the area to remove the clog, because they were unable to snake the drain. I then called Pipecraft, and Jake was able to fully snake and clear the drain within less than an hour. This was a huge relieve, as we were potentially looking at demolishion and repair on a much bigger scale and a much great price (about 10X). These guys are great! I needed a water heater installed and a valve placed on a gas line outside.
I contacted pipecraft plumbing and they were very quick to send someone out to assess the work and help.
Steve was the tech that over saw the install work today and he + his colleague did an excellent job.
They were incredibly communicative and I knew what to expect the entire way through. They were punctual and professional. I would absolutely use their service again.
