I've worked with a lot of contractors, and Jason and his team are exceptional! The quality of their work is very professional. They continually strive to provide excellent customer service and were extremely flexible and responsive to address changes that came up as the project advanced. We always felt that the customer came first and that New Creation Hardscapes would do whatever it took to realize our vision. Another factor that set this company apart was the added value on the design side--Juan's experience, creativity, and communication skills were instrumental in the successful execution of our complex backyard remodel. p.s. New Creations Hardscapes did a fantastic job with some grading and a natural-style rock wall in our front yard. We got multiple quotes and went with Jason because even by the meticulous care he took to talk with us about our expectations for the job and really scope out our space, we knew it would get done right, and we were not disappointed. Plus, he put forth a competitive quote. The team had great communication with us as the project was being installed so we could make sure everything was spot on, and they were open to some minor stylistic changes per our request mid-project. New Creation Hardscapes replaced my retaining wall (wood logs) October 2019 with Allan Block and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I had Jason out twice to quote the replacement of the wall – this September 2019 and 11 years ago when I first purchased the home. He was my number one choice back then, so when the old wall finally started to fall apart, he was the first person I called.
