Had a bad interaction with a very rude lady who works here. I attended a celebration of life reception a few doors down and didn't realize they owned two of the parking spaces there. Instead of being civil and pleasant, she insulted my intelligence by asking me if I could effing read, well yes, but maybe those signs should explicitly say those two parking spaces belong to the salon??? Then you wouldnt have to be a rude human being about stupid parking!

Tyler is honestly the BEST. She explains everything in full detail and listens to you and your requests and is very understanding and will explain anything you have questions about. The salon is by appointment only and it feels like an awesome VIP service. Highly highly recommend!

she took 6 hours for a basic color and cut. left me with wet hair while taking walk in men's haircuts. then charges $250.00. this wasn't a color correction or anything. I thought she was OK.. at 1st
