A poorly run business masquerading as a competent glass shop where none of the owners or managers have any background or actual field experience in the glass industry. With their understanding of what it takes to run a business or install a window, I wouldn't trust them to install one on my kid's dollhouse.

We chose M&W Glass for our custom shower glass because they were recommended by our contractor. Even though they were more expensive than the other quote from a local glass company, we went with M&W because they quoted us a quicker timeline for installation. That definitely didn’t turn out to be the case. When they showed up to install, we noticed one panel was significantly too small and had to point it out to the installers before they left. There was also a scratch on a different panel. So now we had to wait again another month for the replacement glass to be made and installed. We have worked with Lyle and M&W Glass on a couple of commercial projects and they have been very easy to work with, very professional and do a great job! We will have them back on future projects!
