Me and my wife had a fence built between us and our neighbors. Had a horrible experience and the quality of lumber Chris used was bad - broken cross beams, splits pickets, cracked posts, etc. The gate his crew built us isn’t straight and he committed to replacing it since he was unhappy with the results as well.
He ended up ghosting us and backed out of his agreement and we’re now left with a something we’re unhappy with.
Choose someone else before he gets you too.

Don’t hire Lucero. He has no pride in workmanship, used sub-standard materials, didn’t pull a permit, makes promises, breaks those promises and forces you to pay for really terrible work. Pictures are 1,000 words. My son and DIL saved their money to build a good fence. They were ripped off.

They did a poor job of putting up my gated fence. Wouldn’t return phone calls…so I guess they don’t stand behind their work . Buyer beware! Had to call someone else to repair my gated fence. :(
