I usually handle car maintenance in my garage, but when I had to bring in my truck for an alignment, Arron, the mechanic, mentioned a wheel play issue, suggesting a need to replace bearing seals and possibly the bearing itself—(parts I had recently replaced). Initially, I was doubtful and suspected an upsell. However, Arron went the extra mile, inviting me to the bay to personally show and explain the problem of what might have caused premature wear. His professionalism, detailed explanations, and willingness to clarify every concern eventually dispelled my doubt. If more mechanics were like Arron, I’d feel much more at ease bringing my car to a shop.

I cant figure out where I should exactly begin, but I guess I will start with the one of the employees here at this Les Schwab, Joseph. He is an exemplary employee, provided outstanding service, and really stuck out to me when dealing with my car. Joseph was truly one of the most respectful, accommodating, and professional shop mechanics I have met. He works at the crack of dawn, before the shop even opens, to an hour or two after close. He is a hardworking individual, and I just wanted to acknowledge the exceptional job he does (get that man a raise)!Another employee who stood out to me was Sharon, who was the sweetest lady working in the front. I have never felt so welcome, this place is absolutely AMAZING Sharon and Liam helped me the day I went in, and they had me in and out with new tires in just over an hour. This will definitely be my new place. I highly recommend them. Thanks for your help everyone at Les Schwab Arvada
