1) In response to Amy, who has a 2019 doing only 70 miles. My 2019 Model 3 (April 2019) car range is down to 210 from 230, after 4.5 years, which they also said was normal, so how that can be normal and 70 miles range be normal? Now my car is garage kept, in a garage that doesn't get below about 40F often, as its below my house. I also keep it in the 20-80 charge range 99%+ of the time. I do worry about battery damage for an electric car that is kept outside long term in Colorado, as it gets below 0F a few times a year. Had a Wrinkle on my steering wheel on delivery day. While the process was not trouble free several employees here worked through Tesla Corporation problems and resolved the problem. Thanks everyone!

I had an exceptional experience at Tesla thanks to Mike and Madison. I came to the dealership to see if my wheelchair would fit in a Model X, Model Y, or Model 3, and they not only allowed me to test all three vehicles but also went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable doing so. My wheelchair fit in all of them, although it was a bit tight in the Model 3. This level of customer service was a refreshing change from other dealerships I've visited in the past, where I wasn't given the same assistance. Mike and Madison's willingness to accommodate my needs made my visit memorable, and I highly recommend this Tesla dealership for their outstanding service.
