Jim is a wizard! After weeks of unsuccessfully trying to find somewhere to repair my husband's leather messenger bag with fabric and a zipper that had torn away from the leather, I asked him if he could do it. He fixed it within 2 weeks, and it's as good as new! Jim does high quality work, is reasonably priced for what I requested and provided an accurate estimate of when he'd be done. Will definitely be taking our shoe repairs there from now on!
Pug for scale and also he would not get out of the frame.

I had two different repairs, one was a sandals strap that ripped, and the other was heels on my boots. Both came out perfect and at a very affordable price. This will be the only place I have my shoes repaired. Thanks Jim! Family owned business, keep it local.
