Michelle’s Restorative flows and Yoga Nidra/Gong Yoga are my absolute favorites! Her smoothing voice allows me to rest and reset for the week. I love Grey’s power flows and regular flows but the Sunday night yoga nidra is my favorite yoga to heal the mind and soul! Highly recommend.
