I went here once simply for dry cleaning and they did a wonderful job on some work clothes as well as a bridesmaids dress. a couple months later I came back for alterations for a that was a little bit more complicated in terms of the hem (especially considering fabric and dual layers)- she did a wonderful job. I assumed I’d give up the integrity of the hem… but she did such a good job it was nearly identical to the designers finish.

On top of that, I called very last minute and she finished the alterations within 24 hours. I’m so grateful for the quick turnaround and they did a wonderful job!

This business altered my daughter's prom dress and we were very impressed by the way that they hemmed and pressed the bottom of the dress. They did a wonderful job and the dress is now the perfect length for dancing. The price to alter the dress was reasonable, $45, and the work was completed in a little over a week. I definitely recommend them for alterations.

I had a great experience altering few pairs of pants and a dress at Gigantic. The lady who works there was super nice and gave great tips on the clothes, and most importantly made them fit me perfectly. She even made a small repair on my bag. Highly recommend!
