We had an our main sewer backing up in our basement and I called to get an appointment, Sam was at my door within 30 minutes of calling. Cleared the clog and explained everything to me in clear layman’s terms. I also asked him some water heater questions and he educated me on them quite thoroughly which I really appreciated. We had a clogged drain in the basement laundry room. Sam arrived on time, to the minute. Assessed, then promptly fixed our issue. All-pro, efficient and friendly. Was very clear up front on cost and based on what he found, saved a few dollars by not doing unnecessary actions.

They came out to provide me an estimate on repairing my water line coming in from the street. They determined that there was no leak. However, I identified a small (I thought - but it wasn't really that small) leak in my crawl space from a hose bib and they were able to promptly repair it. While I felt that they were a bit pricey, I did not comparison shop as they were there, ready to fix the problem, and the plumber exuded competence. He fixed the problem in under an hour and explained to me exactly what needed to happen and why he was doing it. I would use Flow Rite again.
