Andrea Quarles intro to Mindfulness class was excellent. Andrea is knowledgeable, kind, and her knowledge on the topic was in depth. She provided me with new ways of meditation and guided us through challenging meditations with gentleness and compassion. I felt acknowledged and learned new language to help me expand my knowledge of mindfulness. I look forward to continuing my mindfulness journey with her guidance!

What a great experience! My life is over scheduled and recently has been quite overwhelming- I did an afternoon of self care including reflexology and detoxing foot bath- a great refreshing and restorative experience. Dolly and her practitioners took great care to welcome me and share their healing arts with me! Lovely humans- great experience!
