It’s been headache after headache with Dentistry of Colorado at two locations. I encountered lack of professionalism with the dentist at the Arvada location, so I switched to Westminster to finish my Invisalign treatment. My experience there started off well, but since then two dentists left and office hours changed dramatically without any warning or communication. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone for a while, and when I did, it still wasn’t clear why their hours are now so limited (only 2 days a week). With all of this, I decided I would not be going back, and I canceled my appointment (no one picked up - I left a message). Hours later I got a call and text telling me I owed a cancelation fee. Since then, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I figured out on my own that I could pay the fee online and did. Needless to say, I left a voicemail and a text message canceling my next appointment, and will be going elsewhere in the future.

Nice Staff! Dr. Grenillo was really nice to me after coming in for some discomfort after a filling. He listened to my concerns, addressed them, and let me know to not hesitate to reach out if anything else arises :) Aside from all this being at no cost.

I started my journey to stop my jaw pain w Dr. Pollack 4yrs ago. Since then we’ve been through COVID and numerous location changes, but she and her office staff continue to be kind, friendly and supportive no matter what issue I happen to bring in to them. Today Dr. Grenillo helped me w a chipped front tooth. He’s a total Rock Star, and took great care of me! He’s very gentle and knows what he’s doing. Thank you for hiring such great employees Dr. Pollack, you take good care of them and then they take great care of us! (And yes, my jaw is pain free now!)

My husband and I are not satisfied with our experiences in the Westminster office. As a result we have decided to move our dental needs to another facility.
