About Colorado Taekwondo Institute
The Colorado Taekwondo Institute (CTI) has been teaching Moo Sul Kwan Martial Arts in Colorado for over 34 years. Certified by the American Martial Arts Sports and Education Association (AMASEA), the institute provides students with excellent martial arts instruction. Students discover the rewards of goal-setting behaviors as they progress from belt to belt, setting small, achievable steps that lead to success. The institute's goal is to develop students into dynamic black belts while fostering leadership and teaching skills. The CTI campuses, especially the Westminster location, are suitable for all ages. Students not only learn self-defense but also gain self-confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. The school's consistent, structured approach and supportive instructors create a welcoming community, making it a positive and life-changing experience for students of all ages and skill levels. Many students have shared that their experience at CTI has helped them flourish physically and in their self-esteem, and the friendly environment encourages them to challenge themselves and build friendships.
The classes are small, kids get individual attention and concentrate better on what they are doing, plus great instructors! half hour is enough for my four year old, she loves it.
There are so many good things to say about the Westminster Campus of the Colorado Taekwondo Institute. The instructors are phenomenal. They teach students of all ages and abilities and do a great job of it. From the beginning, students learn respect and self discipline and how to control their body and emotions appropriately. The upper belts do a wonderful job of modeling this for newer students. The campus itself is clean and well maintained. Master Erik Albrechtson is not only a great instructor but also is teaching his students how to become good leaders themselves. Regardless of age or ability, if you are looking for a successful martial arts program, check out the Colorado Taekwondo Institute!
