Samantha has been great, and has really helped me alleviate pain with my torn hip labrum! I would highly recommend them. One of the biggest things for me has been the ease of getting in touch with the office to setup appointments, which has not been easy at other places!

Started coming to Arvada Sport and Spine a few weeks ago after dealing with severe hand pain & numbness at night time. Weekly sessions with Dr. Welling has drastically improved the issues i’ve been dealing with. Grip strength has improved since day 1, and I am finally to a point where i’ve been sleeping through the night again. Would recommend Arvada Sport & Spine to anyone!
