Based on the reviews, ArchWell Health has an incredible clinic and staff. The doctors and nurse practitioners are very attentive to health concerns and take time to listen. Patients describe them as loving, caring, and understanding. The office is efficient, with no waiting and appointments right on time. The medical staff is both professional and personable, and everyone in the office is kind and respectful. The clinic specializes in elder care and is more in tune with those issues. Rachel is awesome. She always greets me with a smile. She is a loving and caring person. Regina is the best nurse practitioner that I have ever had. She is understanding, she takes time to listen to me, she always treats me like a person.
This clinic and staff is incredible. My first visit was around 2 hours because of how thorough Dr Reece is. I left there knowing I made the right choice in switching doctors to her. Thanks to everyone there for giving the right kind of care to patients.
I went for my 1st visit with my new PCP and it was a very pleasant experience, no waiting, appointment was right on time, all contacts very friendly, no one sitting in the lobby hacking and coughing. So glad I made the change.
