Front desk staff is nice and always helpful, the doc is great.Would be 5-stars except for the guy who sits at his desk cranking music on his speakerphone the whole time. It's annoying and sounds terrible, makes shopping for lenses right next to him annoying and hard to concentrate . Been there multiple times and it's always the same thing

Denise was exceptional as well as my virtual doctor. There were quite a few technical difficulties but overall we pushed through. I got a couple of cute eyeglasses. I'm into the Butterly and Cat-eye glasses and there were plenty of those. I would highly recommend this place.

Definitely upsell to you the entire time so beware of that. I never got follow up calls when both my glasses were ready for pick up? My mother never got her follow up calls either and she went around the same time I did. I had to go in twice to pick up two pairs of glasses but they both weren't ready at the same time?
