I recently call asking for some information and I think that they might have seen the review because they offered me a replacement of lost clip-on glasses (they did not have to do this).. So it looks like they are willing to work with me and make right an extremely unpleasant situation...

I had a very special situation. the staff were all friendly and patient and kind and agreed to do an extra service for me for free. I cannot recommend this place more highly. the staff are very knowledgeable about technical issues such as mine and very willing to go the extra step.

I went to Mountain View Optical during these uncertain times of the pandemic and I have to say that I could not have been more impressed. The entire office staff were very sensitive to my needs as a customer, and had protocols in place to ensure my safety. Caroline knew how to listen to what I desired in my new glasses, she was very knowledgeable about the frames and all of the complications that go with progressive lenses. Jordan was also well-versed as an optician and adjusted the glasses perfectly. It was all very professional with that at-home feeling of comfort. Thank you!! I will be back for my next pair.
