We made a trip to Blanca to search for our forever home. We met Fawn, and she by far exceeded our expectations. She was thorough with communicating with us, and was very helpful with her knowledge of the area, as well as the property we were interested in. She instantly made us feel welcome and made us feel like family. She isnt just a realtor, she is the welcome wagon!!
Bill was my first contact at Werner. From the moment he first reached out to introduce himself, he was very personable. When I gave my availability, he was scheduled to be out of town. He connected me with his associate, Kendra. I could not have been more pleased. She listened to what I wanted and showed me several homes and saved the best for last. A gem of a home on a hill with several acres…just what I was looking for, peaceful country living and Mountain Views. But it didn’t end there. Bill is my hero!
After the loss of my son and then the passing of my husband, I was lost. When the time came to sell my home of 25 years. He walked me through what was a very stressful time. He handled everything, and it was sold quickly. I would highly recommend Bill Warner to anyone buying or selling their home. He definitely goes the extra mile!!!
