Came in for a new pair of glasses MS CLAUDIA, took great care of me and was helpful, and even got me the frame that i really wanted even when they did not have it in stock. shes looked and still got it for me!!! Great service thank you MS CLAUDIA!!
Shanese was so kind and helpful. She made sure we had what we needed. Despite be solo on a Saturday with a couple people waiting their turn, Shanese did not rush me or appear to be rushed herself.

Overall experience was great. Shanese was more than helpful. She was understanding and kind and easy to deal with. Called my optometrist. Followed through and called me when the fax of my prescription arrived. Recognized me when I returned. Helpful with my insurance. The kind of experience you don’t expect and don’t get much anymore.
