“10 stars all around!
As a landlord, I walked into what felt like a complete nightmare on a Monday morning—water everywhere, a ceiling literally falling apart, and a tenant trying to operate their business in the middle of the chaos. I called Steffens Plumbing, and they were there within an hour.
Their team spent the entire day tracking down and fixing the problem. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they were also genuinely kind and compassionate throughout the process. They treated both me and my tenant with respect and understanding during a very stressful situation.
What impressed me most was that they truly seemed to have everyone's best interests at heart. They were mindful of not disrupting my tenant's work more than necessary, while still being completely focused on solving the issue correctly. At every step, I felt like I could trust their recommendations and that they were looking out for me rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need.
The repair required a very expensive temporary solution, but thanks to their honesty and expertise, I know exactly what I'm dealing with moving forward. That kind of transparency is invaluable.
I am beyond grateful to have a company like Stefan's Plumbing in our valley. They turned a disaster into a manageable situation, and they have earned my trust completely. I will absolutely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.”
