I want to express my gratitude to Justino from Aerocare for his exceptional service. He came to my house on short notice on a Friday evening to replace an oxygen concentrator that had failed unexpectedly. Despite it being a weekend night after hours, he was incredibly professional and thorough in his work.
Justino communicated everything clearly and made sure I was fully set up and comfortable with the new equipment. He took the time to explain how to use the concentrator, how often I should replace the components, and when to schedule maintenance checks. They have excellent customer service. When I lost my health insurance coverage they were great on letting me know what I needed to do to continue to get my oxygen covered. Staff is super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!
