We worked with Sean Messersmith for over 2 years. We do not recommend Evergreen Builders, LLC (Sean Messersmith), as a contractor, due to poor business practices. Sean's work is excellent. We saw several of his completed projects and the work was beautifully done. In addition, he is very personable and provides great ideas for a proposed home design. These are reasons why we attempted to work with him over a 2-year period, even though there were other issues. Unfortunately, beautiful craftsmanship can only get a business so far.
