Everyone at America’s tire and auto in Alamosa seems genuinely interested in a good outcome for the customer. The service and the communication is impeccable. They follow up after your repair to make sure all is well and they are responsive to any concerns.This applies to the Front office staff as well as the mechanics in the shop.Finding reliable car mechanics is often challenging but I believe I found one.
Went in for maintenance and was asked ahead if something needed replaced if I wanted it. Of course I did. My car needs to run at its optimum. American Auto does a bumper to bumper check. I had and always have had excellent service.
Customer service at this place is exceptionally great! They do their best to make sure whatever car issues you have is taken care of. They work hard and fast and do a phenomenal job! I highly recommend this place over any other place. Keep up the fantastic work and thank you!
