Women at the front desk offered no help and when I asked for a wheel chair they said oh there's one over there you can use. No help whatsoever. Also they ask you to be there 20 min early and we was not see until an hour after my mother's actual appointment. Only good thing that came out of our visit was Kailee Chavez their nurse practitioner. Thank you Kailee
Went to the new courthouse office today to pay a bill and just check out the new place. Looks pretty cool, but the 2 girls at the check in desk were not very friendly. Afraid a smile would crack their face. Customer service is non existent at Valley Wide.
I have been going to this clinic for years. I always receive prompt, professional care. It is convenient and I have found that they are flexible and eager to fill my personal medical needs.
