We would like to commend Rob Strickland, for his respectful and compassionate guidance during this time of grief for my sister, my niece, my nephew, and our entire family. He showed genuine empathy and ensured every part of the process was handled with care, allowing us to focus on honoring our brother Alan Mapuatuli's memory. Rob, was always available to answer our questions, worked closely with my sister and her children, and made sure every detail was thoughtfully managed. We are truly grateful for his exceptional service.
The Post office across the street wouldn't answer their direct line phone. I called for 4 hours. I talked to Rob & asked if he could deliver a message for them to call me. Thank you, immensely. They actually did finally call.
