There's a reason Stater Bros has two locations in Yucca Valley.....service and prices. This Vons location has to be the worst I've experienced in the Vons/Albertsons/Safeway chain. Customer service is non-existent with long lines at all times and only one cashier usually open. It may have been good if Kroger and Albertsons merged. Even Ralphs is a better option than this store.

This store has consistently gone down hill over the years. Usually dirty and very poor customer service except for the pharmacy. Pharmacy staff is awesome! In the grocery area it is as though the employees are miserable and paid to avoid eye contact. My rating is for grocery only.... read full review
