“Lynda is the greatest! She has helped me not only in body but in heart and soul. She has the deepest understanding and training on the physical body and customizes classes to each person’s unique circumstances and physicality.
She supported me through a time of physical rehab and I continue to work with her for ongoing support in alignment, strength, and fitness. Her classes are medicine and if there were 100 stars, I’d give them all to her!”
“So incredibly happy to have JTP close to home! I’ve been attending classes for nearly a year and am so grateful, especially to owners Anastasia and Cheryl, for their guidance, instruction and focus. I’m stronger for it and I’ve really enjoyed the camaraderie among attendees.”
