Hi-Desert Air are my go-to guys for everything to do with installing and maintaining the 5 separate mini-split systems I have on the multiple buildings on my property in Wonder Valley, east of Twentynine Palms. They are terrific about coming out when called, I can always get an appointment with them, and the folks they send are always skilled, prompt, courteous and quick. They'll even take on weird assignments, like the time I found one of my units making terrible vibration noises when running a heating cycle (they narrowed it down to an outside duct and then padded it out in a way that was heat resistant and permanent). This is a great company with really nice people working there. Every time I have had an issue with my home in Yucca, they have been very helpful and extremely professional, and really friendly in helping me out. They even put a back cover on my thermostat for a nominal fee when someone pulled it out of the wall and left holes. I truly appreciated the extra mile they always take.

They did a great job with my swamp cooler and always service my heater. This year I called to have them decal my cooler they replaced the float and a belt. They also insured that my house was venting properly. The guy even partially cleaned my gutter. Great experience, I hope this review helps.
