They did a great job with my swamp cooler and always service my heater. This year I called to have them decal my cooler they replaced the float and a belt. They also insured that my house was venting properly. The guy even partially cleaned my gutter. Great experience, I hope this review helps.

Coty was awesome!! Professional & courteous. Explained everything that the A/C tune up would entail. Over the phone, the receptionist was polite and accommodating when giving me an update on our scheduled appointment for the A/C tune up. Highly recommend?

Omg I am loving my new heater and ac… EVERYONE from the ladies in the office to the Donnie and his crew were all exceptionally professional and friendly. The install went fantastic. They left no mess for a friendly. I’d recommend them to anybody. Thank you, Hi Desert Air.
