Appointment times don’t matter apparently. Sat in the waiting room 1 hour longer than the SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. If the staff reads this… please start scheduling with realistic timelines of appointments. I don’t like my time wasted.

Dr. Mahajan and his staff are great. When he changed medical groups, I changed to continue to have him as my PCP, which was a hassle but well worth the effort. I've had him as my PCP for a long time. He is concerned with all of my health issues, head to toe, and will make sure he gets reports from any specialist. The only issue, because he's so good, is getting an appointment soon. But he has a PA and his staff is thorough and capable of dealing with the bureaucracy. So, I just realized that I might not want to post this as you may switch to him. Is that selfish? Well I will post it anyway.

Dr. Mahajan has been my mom's doctor for many years. Recently she was hospitalized and he was her attending physician. Previously, I have not had a lot of interaction with him, until this recent hospitalization. She needed surgery and had awesome follow up with her. He followed up multiple times after the surgery to check on her condition. Once she was discharged, he wanted to follow up again in his office. The doctor's staff has always been nice and attentive. The day I took her for her follow up, the doctor was running behind, which is typical here in Yucca Valley. He tries to accommodate as many patients as possible, so it's a juggling act.
