I'm very unhappy with the service at this salon. They squeezed me in last minute, which was nice, but I was unaware that I would be receiving my haircut from someone new and inexperienced. After leaving and styling at home I learned that the back of my hair was uneven and not blended, looking very funky. I was not happy. I wanted a refund and did not want to attempt to get it fixed from this salon. They would not give me a refund, and I still needed to get it fixed elsewhere. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least.

I called and asked if they could make time for me without an appointment around 3pm. After taking my phone number and verifying that they could , I drove all the way from Wonder Valley and got to the salon at 3:20, but they could no longer take my appointment. They had my phone number and never called to see if I was on my way and I let them know I would be there a little after three. They do good work and have good pricing but I feel like I just wasted an hour drive because of no communication.

I recently visited a hair salon in Yucca Valley on a mission to find a local hairdresser instead of having to go down the hill. I had called several salons, but either there was no answer or if there was, they would only respond with a text message, which is unprofessional. However, when I called Ambiance, Sarah answered the phone and scheduled me right in within the next couple of days.
When I went in for my appointment, Sarah was incredibly nice, friendly, and accommodating. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my visit. I was thoroughly impressed with her skills and the overall experience at the salon. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a talented and welcoming hairdresser in the Yucca Valley area. Thank you, Sarah, for your outstanding service!
