Dr. D and Jamie took good care of my dog Lucy today! Lucy has been dealing with allergies for a while now, itchy ears, itchy paws. The front staff was very friendly, thank you. Lucy received an ear wash and a shot. We'll be back in a few weeks to see how she's doing.
I went to get my cat some help for his ear and the doctor Antonio Z was great the rest of the staff as okay, but my main complaint with them is they said they were going to refund me $160 dollars on Thursday because they didn't do some of the services and when I called right now it has not even been processed and they were unable to give me a reason or any explanation.
I had to put down my 14 year old dog. The staff were very kind and non judgemental. I held her in my lap so the vet got down on his hands and knees to administer the injections. He spoke to both of us in a very calming and reassuring voice. I could not have asked for better service.
