It was very good. I had a bass guitar to sell and the owner gave me a good cash price for it. It's a clean little store with everything a musician needs for all types of instruments and they have All types of instruments. I'm not a musician so I don't know much more to say. But I think it's the place to go if you play and you have questions !!

This is a long overdue review, but this place is amazing and saved us after weeks of an instrument disaster! Back in the fall we had tried to order a clarinet for our son somewhere else which arrived late and missing parts. I took it to two different stores here in Sacramento and it was not worth being fixed. For weeks, I looked at other local used ones for sale at the music stores and by private sellers and they were expensive or not much better than the broken one I had and I was getting panicked. My Mom actually called this store and the man said he actually had quite a few to choose from at a very reasonable price. When I called he was very patient while I asked him a ton of specifics about each instrument and offered some very helpful information as well. We made the drive with cautious expectations and he helped us pick out the perfect clarinet even at a super reasonable price. I even had it checked at my local music store while I was picking up the music book and they said it was great. And that thing still sounds amazing even after months of being carted around to band practice. I wish I would have known about this place sooner, but next time I need any other instrument help I won't be messing around and just drive the hour to YC. Super impressed with his knowledge and service!!

Eric the owner knows everything about guitars! He also offers great lessons and lots of unique instruments. We have purchased at least five guitars and my husband takes lessons from him. His prices are also very fair.
