When I got there, front receptionist was very nice. Ravi, the person who saw me, told me there wasn’t anything he could prescribe since what it was most likely a viral infection not bacterial. All he did was have me stick out my tongue so he could see my if my throat indicated strep, but it wasn’t. He said the best thing I could do is to take Sudafed. He said he would call in a prescription for me, but he never did.
I was seen by Dr. Keith Meyers. I’ve never been treated with so much kindness and empathy! I had a horrible eye injury and he was amazing, and so patient with me. He referred me to an ophthalmologist and made it urgent so I would get all the help I needed. He is the best doctor I have seen in years. Doctors like him are a rare find, he was even kind to my little boy who had to come with me. I was very impressed.
Well I came in with an abscess and when I presented my insurance the receptionist informed me that as of that day they no longer take my insurance. Long story short she accepted it anyway and they saw me and I got what I needed and my insurance still covered it
