The guys in the shop were very nice, however the fix took over 3hrs when I was told 2. Samsung may have had something to do with the delay too. Just frustrating to be told 2hrs and end up sitting in the boring store for another hour.
From first contact excellent staff John was professional courteous on time and great communication skills, texted me the prior to and arriving status. My cell company Verizon, Asurion insurance, sent John out to met me at my house or location of choice. Awesome!!!
Fast convenient and they had my screen in stock. I Went to six different shops and everyone quoted a higher price and the screen for my Samsung zflip six had to be ordered so it was gonna take up to two weeks just to get the screen. This place had it done in less than 24 hours! Thank you so much!
