“Giovana was kind enough to help me process my refunds for the last two years. After trying to do them myself and getting no where I made an appointment with her. To my surprise within 2 minutes of our consultation she found out exactly why I was having a hard time with my refunds. My Last employer wrote my social security number wrong and both of my W2's. She was very knowledgeable and assured me we could fix this problem. She guided me through the process and the next day I had a corrected W2 and she had processed my returns. Unbelievable! Even after my appointment she was very kind and willing to answer all of my additional questions, always so courteous and attentive. I have found my go to tax spot and will be utilizing her help for the years to come. If you're on the fence about coming in, DO IT!
