Absolutely an honest company. I brought my cheap laptop in, and was told the terrible truth that it might not be worth fixing. I left it there, just in case, with the understanding that no more than one hour's work would be done on it. I was notified very quickly that it was absolutely dead in the water. I greatly appreciate that my time was not wasted and that I was given a recommendation that such cheap computers aren't worth buying in the future ($350-400 range). If I ever have any problems with another computer I will not hesitate to bring it here.

Sutter Solutions seriously deserves 10 stars if it were possible. They have changed our lives which i will try to explain. My family and i live for music and I myself have always tried to have the best stereo/sound equipment . I finally have my endgame in SONOS !!!! Rhett and his outstanding crew ( Jake) are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. No high pressure sales tactics. They simply show you what they can do for you and what they did for me was change everything about how we listen to music and watch TV. We couldn't have asked to have better family owned business in our community working to improve the quality of our lives... Its the little things...read full review

Amazing people and great service!! Sutter solutions is fantastic at their work, they're the best Home theater and IT business in town, they worked on my computer and had it working like it was brand new, I definitely recommend it to everyone of my friends and family.
