I went in a while back because I needed vacuum bags for my Miele. I had never been in before, so I had no idea if they would have them. Immediately, HEAVY cigarette smoke hit me . IT was really thick. Maybe open a window or door for the smoke to go out. On to the good things ; the man behind the counter was very friendly. When I asked about the bags, he said they don't carry them, but he could order them for me. I declined because I was going to Roseville in a day or two and figured I would get some there. I also didn't know how long it would take to get them. There were A LOT of refurbished vaccums, so if you need a good vacuum for a reasonable price, go to Shadd. Our church uses them for vaccums, and all of the ones I've used work great! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the cigarette smoke. The man behind the counter was so nice I wished I needed something else from their store!
