I had given up hope on getting insurance for my car, but Esmeralda pulled through with amazing customer service. She was extremely informative and a fun conversation while we waited for everything to process. She is not the hero we need, but the hero we deserve ‍♀️ Thank you for your services and being so patient and friendly!!Higher ups: Whatever y'all are paying her, INCREASE IT!!!Potential clients: Do not hesitate to call! They are awesome!!!
