I had received a new head unit for CHRISTmas and could get no power so I took it in and they promptly checked it for me...I got home and attempted to reinstall it again and still no power. I called Nick and we set an appointment to bring it in and install it. Well I took it in at 8:30am when they opened and within an hour I received a call that is all working and ready to be picked up. One of the plugs just needed to pressed in with some force..I asked how much and they told me "no charge". These guys are AMAZING I highly recommend them to any one with audio needs...Thank You guys...you have definitely gained my business and respect!
