Knowledgeable, fast, friendly service. If they do not have the thing you are looking for they are up front about it and will suggest another place to purchase the thing you are trying to find.

I just called Kinney Electric this morning to see if they sold parts to a gas fireplace. Kinney answers the phone, was very polite, took down the information I had; unfortunately we were disconnected and not only did he call me back with the information I had inquired about, he offered to call Lennox for me to get the proper part number from the manufacturer. He didn't have to do this but he did so with out me having to ask or treating it or me like a huge hassle and inconvenience. It's a rarity to people that take the time to be nice and helpful let alone a company.
