I've been a loyal customer of this place for 15 years. Recently, I've been making an effort to visit on weekdays, especially around my big events when I can’t go on weekends. I get off work at 5:30 PM and live an hour away. Today, I arrived at 6:45 PM, and the staff immediately told me they were closed. I pointed out the time, explaining that I had driven an hour to get there. Despite my plea, they refused, stating they had four customers present and four more on the way. I asked if they could accommodate just me, since I was alone, but they rudely declined. Today 5/21/25 me and my mom went to get our eyebrows threaded, worst mistake ever. We went around 3:30-4:00 PM and there were two ladies working (usually we get our brows done with Soova or Raman who is absolutely amazing) but soova or raman were not there, so we had to get our brows done by the 2 other workers (didn’t catch there name). My lady was horrible I have been getting my eyebrows done for years and this was the most painful experience ever, the thread kept on breaking and it was just horrible. Raj is amazing but the other gals rude, false information and cant speak english how can you work in a peple environment without being able to communicate with clients. I dont recomend this place.
