Details of Visit - He clearly read the info I provided before he created a treatment plan and he thoroughly described why he chose that plan. He let me ask questions. I "saw" Dr. Peppercorn after an in-person derm. visit with a doctor in Dallas. I didn't feel like she listened to me (didn't ask any questions and wasn't interested in my info. Despite it being online - I felt more listened to than with my in-person doctor. Note: My experience may be different than yours. I think one of the reasons my visit turned out great was because I gave detailed info in my write up and considered questions before my *visit. My advice is to do the following to make the most of your visit: 1) Write up detailed info about your skin issue. When did it start? Do you ever see it get better? What were other over the counter treatments you've tried. Have you been to other doctors. Are there possible correlating issues or other medical issues you have. 2) Ask follow-up questions. Ask why. Make sure you understand the why and how of the treatment plan.“

“I can't be happier with my visit. I went to the Skin and Cancer center in Yuba City for a rash I had. Boy, am I glad I did. Steph quickly noticed multiple spots that looked bad. Fortunately for me only 4 of the 8 spots were cancer. Steph surgically exsized them and the pathology showed everything was removed that needed to be. Having professionals that can see potential problems is AWESOME. I had seen another Dr. about the rash and they said nothing about the bad spots. Thanks again Steph and Jeanette.
