Needless to say, the place was disgusting and needed a deep cleaning in order to prepare for showing and it's next Tenant. The manager showed up and gave a very competitive bid and delivered on his promise to make the place shine from it's past Tenant. I was very thankful and pleased as well as my Landlord I was representing on the transaction.“
