Eugene at Twin Cities went above and beyond for our family when we lost our beloved mother/grandmother. He made sure every detail was taken care of with the upmost respect. We left everything in his hands and he went above and beyond for our family. Our mother/grandmother was left gorgeous and everything was done amazingly well. He was responsive, responsible, caring, kind, and empathetic. Twin Cities will be our first choice when we are in need of funeral services and that is because of Eugene's incredible people skills, customer service, and determination.

Eugene was compassionate to our unexpected loss and very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and worked closely with the cemetery as well. We were so appreciative that he wasn’t pushy, he allowed us to take our time with the decisions and make choices that fit our needs. Our family has always used Chapel of the Twin Cities, and our parents were friends with the previous owner.
