Don't put your loved ones with them...they maybe nice,but if you love your family members..I wish we would have had another option
I have a lot of trouble with my son and his care I'm not a nurse just his IHSS Provider so we had the blossom ridge nurses coming in to handle his wound care. My son is not very cooperative so I do everything I can to make things work out because I can't do his wound care on my own.My son missed an appt and they discharged just like that. She had warned him and I understand that missing appointments is not ok but what I really wanted them to do is refer him to a skilled nursing facility. Now I have to take him to his primary doctor in 3 weeks and hope that this wound doesn't get infected in the mean time. I know that I can't hook up the wound vac... read full review
My parents have been waiting two days for a nurse to come flush out my father’s PIC line that is clogged. He only has one open line available for his medication. They keep promising they will be there. Haven’t shown up yet. It makes me very sad and disappointed. I would not recommend this agency.
