This is the worst property management company. They do a poor job with communication, transparency, and providing documentation. If you are renting your home, expect to know nothing about the tenant and prepare to get your rent late every month. They never answer the phone either. We are on a fixed income and never got the rent before the 11th of the month, when rents are due on the 1st latest the 5th, and still wouldn’t get it for 6 or 7 more days. The portal account they have you create so you can see the spread sheets which are not kept updated, are a joke! They are so small you can’t even read them. They go on vacation and leave knowing they owe the owner rent! With no warning or person to cover for her. This was such a bad experience. Do not use this property management company. They take 500 every time a new tenant comes in. Also, they let people break their leases with no ramifications. Terrible!
Looking for information we contacted Amplify. We made an appointment for an evaluation and things went really well. Not only was our home worth more than we thought but they didn’t make us feel pressured to do something that we weren't quite ready to do.
I've done business with Amplify twice. The helped me sell off my late grandmothers home within few weeks of listing with them and they also helped my friend buy a new home within his budget.
