No one speaks clear English. This is frustrating because this meant my instructions on where I hurt the most, were not understood. The man was polite and practiced (what I consider to be) normal draping techniques. But it was with a gym sized towel. Not with a twin size bed sheet which would have given me better coverage and allowed more manipulation of the muscles that had the most adhesions. Have not decided yet whether or not I will go back. They did, however, fit me in for a same-day appointment
Was aching on my upper back for a few days. Showed her where my problem area was; felt so much better after. It was too tense but afterwards i wanted to take a nap! Felt so relaxed. I will definitely be going back!
My back has been killing me so I decided to go get a massage. This was my first time at Alpha massage I wasn't sure what to expect. WOW, it was the best massage I ever got!!!!! My new favorite place thank you so much.
