Patients appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism of the staff, especially the medical assistants and Dr. Greg Chance, who is known for his knowledge and friendly personality. Many patients express satisfaction with their results from treatments, including cosmetic procedures. However, there have been some concerns regarding the speed of communication, particularly with test results, which has affected some patients' experiences. Overall, the practice is recognized for its quality care and dedicated staff.
This office is by far my favorite dermatology office in the 530! The medical assistants make you feel very welcomed and are just very professional! Dr. Greg Chance is amazing and will do anything to make sure you are happy with your results. Their RN Lauren previously did a lip flip on me and it turned out absolutely amazing and I am beyond happy with my results.
I have been a patient of Greg Chance since he was at Dr. Peppercorn's office; Sutter Dermatology & Laser. Greg Chance is knowledgeable, witty, and he has a great personality. The staff at Advanced Dermatology are very welcoming and friendly. You will feel at ease knowing you will be receiving excellent treatment and care.
I would give this clinic a 4 star, but I will only give it three, due to the return of results, sat in their office for two weeks before my mothers physician called for the actual report 2 weeks later. Did not receive the diagnosis of skin cancer for four weeks due to them not following through. The PA chance was good with my mother and for that I’m grateful.
