Many thanks for the quick and excellent job replacing my well pump the day after Thanksgiving by Josh and Kevin, we had little water left so having the pump working was vital. It was fixed the same day I called in.

The gentlemen, Matt and Jaimie who came to repair my outdoor water faucet were fantastic, personable, efficient and just really a pleasure to work with. They got the job done and explained what they were doing along the way. (and oh yeah, cleaned up afterwards). Also the women who called me back to schedule the job were fantastic. I received a call back right away and was put on the schedule two days later. I could tell by their kind voices that these were the folks I wanted to work with. After waiting for 2 weeks for other plumbers in Mt Shasta to get back to me, it was a pleasure. Because SVM was 45 minutes down the road, I wasn't sure they work in the area. I... read full review
